Sharon insists that she's not hung up on origins. Once a painting is out there, it really is whatever someone wants it to be – an erudite statement, or a colourful abstract big and bold enough to fill an empty space. "That is my main intent," she says. "To create vibrant landscapes that people will want to hang on their walls."
